What My Clients Say
I have been working with Renee for 6 months now. I was immediately struck by how intuitive she is, and I really appreciate her holistic approach. I didn’t just find a brilliant nutritionist, I also found an amazing yoga teacher and healer. Renee has integrated all three into a comprehensive health plan for me. Her clarity, gentleness, and vision for my wellness assured me that I am with a true healer. My overall health has never been better! I have a way to go with my weight, but I know I am where I need to be with Renee. She always accepts me for who I am, and is always encouraging. Renee is also highly intuitive and has surprised me a few times with just the right intervention, at just the right time, without me having to say anything. – Susan
Choose a Wellness Professional Who Walks the Talk
Renee went into the health and wellness profession after having chronic fatigue herself over 20 years ago. She was a marathon runner and vegetarian at the time with a highly stressful corporate career. After treating herself with a detox and elimination diet to fix her food sensitivities and leaky gut, starting on the right foods and supplements to nourish her body and build new healthy cells, and reduce her exercise, adding yoga and meditation to manage stress she got better within a year.
After getting well herself, Renee vowed to leave her job and get the training needed to help others heal or to prevent sickness all together. Renee has been in practice helping patients for over 16 years now, continually learning new ways to bring the body/mind/spirit into the best balance possible. Her book “Take Back Your Health,” discusses her journey and the journeys of many of her patients to heal using the 4 simple steps – eat right for your body, take the best nutrients to support your genetics and life style, move daily to stay fit, and reduce your stress through yoga, meditation, prayer, connecting with nature, etc.
