Meditation is for anyone who would like to learn how to quiet their mind so they can relax & renew. No prior experience  is needed. You will be guided into a deep relaxed state using guided meditation and then you will continue to have 15 minutes of quiet time for your own meditation. There will be some relaxed breathing and a discussion of some techniques to help you get started.
