Wellness Workshop Recap

Earlier this month, I hosted my Winter Wellness Workshop, an empowering event designed to help participants recharge and renew for the new year ahead.

Together, we explored ways to jumpstart our wellness journeys, cultivate vitality and resilience, and engage in mindfulness practices that promote stress moderation. Attendees had the opportunity to craft intentions aligned with their personal wellness visions, leaving the workshop rejuvenated in mind, body, and spirit.

The energy in the room was truly inspiring, and I was deeply moved by the commitment each of my attendees brought tot he session. Their feedback confirmed what I already felt—that the workshop had a meaningful impact on helping them feel more calm, grounded, and focused as the start 2025.

Introducing: Monthly Meditations to Guide You Toward Relaxation and Fulfillment

The overwhelmingly positive feedback from the workshop has motivated me to create an ongoing space for connection and support. I’m excited to announce the launch of monthly Zoom  sessions designed to help us all regroup, realign, and refocus on our intentions throughout 2025.

These virtual sessions will provide an opportunity to come together as a community to reinforce our goals and support one another on this shared path to wellness. Each session will feature a unique theme and include a guided meditation to help you stay grounded and align with what matters most to you.

Session Details:

  • When: 3rd Saturday of every month, beginning on February 15th
  • Time: 10 AM to 11 AM ET
  • Where: Zoom (link provided upon registration)
  • Investment: $35 per session, $100 for 4 sessions paid upfront

How to Participate:

  • Confirm your attendance and pay at least one week in advance of the session you’d like to attend, OR
  • Sign up for four sessions at once for convenience and savings.

In addition to these virtual gatherings, I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be hosting three more in-person workshops throughout the year. Stay tuned for dates and details—there’s so much more to come as we continue this incredible journey together!
