Carob Mousse


  • 1 pound silken soft tofu, cut in chunks
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons toasted carob powder
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon grated orange peel

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until very smooth and creamy. Pour into serving dishes and chill. Serves 5.
